Patrol discovered and caught red-handed the subject illegally storing drugs

At about 00:15 on August 4, Patrol Team No. 5 of the Traffic Police Team of Thanh Hoa City Police, led by Captain Le Hong Quan, while on patrol duty to control traffic on Le Loi Avenue, discovered car with license plate 36A-790.48 with many suspicious signs, so they signaled the car to stop for administrative inspection.

As soon as he was asked to be checked, the young man sitting in the driver's seat opened the car door and threw a white paper bag on the ground (right at the car door). Seeing suspicious signs, the Task Force proceeded to confiscate and check the bag and discovered a white plastic bag inside the paper bag, containing 30 red round tablets.

At the police station, the suspect declared his name as Nguyen Duc Anh, born in 1992 in Quang Hung ward, Thanh Hoa city. According to the suspect's statement, all of these red pills were ecstasy pills that Duc Anh bought for his own use.

It is known that Nguyen Duc Anh has two previous convictions for organizing illegal drug use and extortion.

The working group has drawn up a record and handed over the subject, evidence, and vehicle to the Drug Crime Investigation Police Team, Thanh Hoa City Police, for handling and settlement according to their authority.
