Young Border Guards spread good deeds at the border

(Baothanhhoa.vn) - Responding to the activities of "Summer Youth Volunteers 2025", the Youth Union at all levels of the Border Guard (BĐBP) of Thanh Hoa province has deployed many pioneering activities, contributing to the successful implementation of political tasks and actively participating in socio-economic development in border and coastal areas.

Accordingly, in order to contribute with all levels and sectors to speed up the progress of eliminating temporary and dilapidated houses in the province in the spirit of Directive No. 22 of the Standing Committee of Thanh Hoa Provincial Party Committee, on June 12, the Youth Union of Pu Nhi Border Guard Station coordinated with the Fatherland Front and the Youth Union of Nhi Son commune to transport construction materials to complete the housing project for Mr. Gia Gia Ly's family, in Loc Ha village, Nhi Son commune.

On June 18, the Youth Union of Da Loc Border Guard Station also accompanied the youth of the Department of Agriculture and Environment of the province, the Department of Animal Husbandry and Veterinary Medicine, the Provincial Agricultural Extension Center to organize the program "Supporting chicken breeds and animal feed", instructing chicken care techniques for people in Yen Loc village, Da Loc commune.

On June 21 and 22, Bat Mot Border Guard Station Youth Union coordinated with Bat Mot Commune Youth Union and Hanoi Medical University's Student Volunteer Team to organize the volunteer program "Green Summer, Aspiration to Nurture Sunshine". The group awarded 21 scholarships, each worth 500,000 VND and 15 bicycles to students in difficult circumstances who achieved high achievements in studying and training; awarded 50 gifts to people in especially difficult circumstances, each worth 300,000 VND and many other activities with a total gift value of over 130 million VND.

Also on this occasion, implementing the 2025 volunteer plan for the community with the theme "Green March", on June 21 and 22, the Youth Union of the Provincial Border Guard Training and Mobile Battalion together with the people of Dong Tam street, Thiet Ong commune, Ba Thuoc district conducted a general cleaning, leveling and renovating the grounds of the neighborhood cultural house, creating a landscape for the community activity area with the participation of nearly 200 cadres and members.

A large number of youth union members of the Thanh Hoa Border Guard Training and Mobile Battalion and people of Dong Tam street, Thiet Ong commune, Ba Thuoc district conducted a general environmental cleanup.
