Mr. Le Ngoc Bao, Secretary of the Quang Dien Commune Party Committee, said that the workload after operating the new apparatus is very large. This is proven by the number of the first 3 days, the Commune Public Administration Center has received more than 250 files and completed 50% of the files. Therefore, the new apparatus must make efforts, stabilize the organization, gradually improve quality, and promote the sense of responsibility of each cadre and party member in performing the work.

“The commune Party Committee will be more proactive in grasping difficulties and proactively finding solutions; at the same time, building a professional, friendly, close-to-the-people, and people-oriented working style. In carrying out work, each cadre of the commune will promote their role of responsibility, dedication to work, and the spirit of working until the end of the work, not until the end of the working day, to quickly catch up and effectively operate the new model,” Mr. Le Ngoc Bao set the goal.

The leaders of Quang Dien commune also conducted a field inspection of the agricultural production situation in the area. The recent unseasonal flood has inundated the entire rice area of ​​the people, forcing them to re-sow 193.5 hectares. To ensure the plan as well as productivity, the commune leaders requested agricultural officials to coordinate with cooperatives and support people in using scientific and technical measures to care for the rice plants to grow. At the same time, they noted that specialized units need to closely monitor the weather situation and the development of pests and diseases, ensuring support for people to stabilize production and avoid double losses.

Like other localities, on the first working day following the CQDP2C model, Loc An commune (2) organized the first meeting of the Commune Party Executive Committee to announce the decision to establish the Commune Party Committee; the decision to appoint the Executive Committee, Standing Committee, Secretary, Deputy Secretary, and Inspection Committee of the Commune Party Committee for the 2025 - 2030 term. In particular, to approve the working program for the last 6 months of 2025 of the Commune Party Executive Committee, term I, and the plan to organize the first Commune Party Congress, term 2025 - 2030.

Mr. Nguyen Ngoc Anh, Secretary of the Party Committee of Loc An commune, said: “On the first working day, the locality completed the assignment and division of tasks. Based on the assigned tasks, each agency, organization, cadre and party member immediately started to build a work program, especially the tasks for the last 6 months of 2025. Immediately deploy the work, promote propaganda, dissemination and dissemination to all cadres, party members and people in the whole commune to create high consensus and unity when organizing and implementing the arrangement of administrative units. Continue to promote the spirit of solidarity to work together to build a new Loc An commune to develop stably and sustainably in the coming time."

Officially putting the CQDP2C apparatus into operation not only marks the beginning of a new model, but also the beginning of a new journey, a new stage of development. More than ever, the leadership role and comprehensive orientation of the Party Committee for the activities of local governments must be best demonstrated. The Party Committee must ensure unity in leadership, direction, and implementation of the Party's policies and guidelines and the State's policies and laws; at the same time, it must grasp the actual situation, resolve arising issues, and meet the people's aspirations.

Faced with these new requirements, the Standing Committee of the City Party Committee has thoroughly instilled in each Party Committee of the 40 new communes and wards a spirit of solidarity, responsibility, and focused leadership and direction to best complete the assigned tasks and plans.

During the recent inspection trip to operate the CQDP2C model, Party Central Committee member, City Party Committee Secretary, People's Council Chairman, Head of the City National Assembly Delegation, Mr. Le Truong Luu emphasized: The new workload will be large, the responsibility will be higher, the requirement for the Party Committee is to regularly inspect and supervise the implementation of policies, especially the effective operation of the CQDP2C model; ensure strictness and efficiency in operations. In the new period, it will be difficult to avoid arising problems, so the Party Committee has an important role in solving complex, sensitive issues, issues that the people are concerned about; ensuring political stability, social order and safety in the new situation.
