Vietcombank participates in the Exhibition "80 years of journey of Independence - Freedom

The exhibition "80 Years of Journey of Independence - Freedom - Happiness" held at the National Exhibition Center (Dong Anh, Hanoi ) is a special event to celebrate the 80th anniversary of National Day of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam (September 2, 1945 - September 2, 2025).

The event is not only an opportunity to look back on the 80-year heroic and glorious history of the nation, but also affirms the stature and position of Vietnam today and the aspiration for sustainable development in the future.

The exhibition was held on the largest scale ever, with the full participation of ministries, central agencies, 34 provinces and cities and more than 110 large enterprises and economic groups with more than 230 booths in the area of the Exhibition Center (in Kim Quy Exhibition House and outdoor exhibition areas in four courtyards East, West, South, North).

The units introduced the achievements of nearly 180 industries in various fields (industry, agriculture , trade, investment, culture, science and technology, education, health, environment, traditional craft villages, OCOP products, special products, national defense, security, foreign affairs...).

With many documents, materials, artifacts, machinery and equipment, documentaries, reports, the exhibition vividly and comprehensively reflects the outstanding achievements during the "80 years of the Journey of Independence - Freedom - Happiness" of the nation, at the same time demonstrating the cultural tradition, the spirit of enthusiastic work, and effective production and business of the people and enterprises in all regions of the country.

This is also a special occasion, depicting the image of the country and people of Vietnam with thousands of years of heroic history of the nation; the culture imbued with national identity and unity in diversity of 54 ethnic groups; the richness of products in all 3 regions of the country; the development and progress of all departments, ministries, branches, 34 provinces and cities over the past 80 years.

The banking industry participated in the exhibition with the theme "Vietnam's banking industry - Proud of the past, steadfast in the present, creating the future" with a space recreating the journey of construction and development of the Vietnamese banking industry; introducing outstanding achievements in monetary policy management and banking operations, contributing to stabilizing the macro economy, controlling inflation, promoting growth, and affirming the vital role of the industry in the cause of building and developing the country.

Visitors can admire valuable documents, impressive artifacts, and vivid images, projected through the world's leading modern technology, providing a realistic experience.

In the banking exhibition space, Vietcombank also introduced its 62-year historical journey with many contributions to the history of the national revolution and the development and integration of the country's economy by participating in investing in and developing many key national projects; providing a variety of convenient banking services to the majority of people with the theme "Connecting digital citizens, creating digital values".
