VinFast joins hands with 13 dealers, opens 32 showrooms across India

On July 12, as part of its expansion strategy in India, VinFast signed a cooperation agreement with 13 leading dealers to deploy 32 stores in 27 cities nationwide. This cooperation demonstrates VinFast's commitment to building a strong 3S network (Sales - Service - Spare Parts), ensuring a wide presence in the market and creating a foundation for the event to open deposit for the VF 6 and VF 7 models scheduled for July 15.

VinFast aims to reach 35 dealerships across India by the end of 2025.

The first dealerships will be deployed in key urban and emerging EV markets such as: Delhi, Gurugram, Noida, Chennai, Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Pune, Jaipur, Ahmedabad, Kolkata, Cochin, Bhubaneshwar, Trivandrum, Chandigarh, Lucknow, Coimbatore, Surat, Calicut, Visakhapatnam, Vijayawada, Shimla, Agra, Jhansi, Gwalior, Vapi, Baroda and Goa.

These cities were selected based on factors such as electric vehicle penetration, infrastructure availability, and strong potential, to ensure widespread accessibility and seamless customer service from the start. VinFast aims to have 35 dealerships across India by the end of 2025.

VinFast’s partners this time are all leading prestigious automobile dealership groups in India, with extensive market coverage and strong customer trust. Each dealership will include a showroom, service workshop, and spare parts warehouse - ensuring VinFast customers have a convenient ownership experience at every touchpoint. These facilities will play a key role in bringing VinFast’s global service standards to Indian consumers.

The company has signed a cooperation agreement with Global Assure to provide 24/7 roadside assistance, call center support and mobile services; with myTVS and RoadGrid to build a nationwide network of charging stations and electric vehicle services, providing fast and reliable after-sales services. VinFast has also joined hands with BatX Energies to recycle and reuse high-voltage batteries sustainably. These collaborations reflect VinFast’s comprehensive approach to building sustainable, responsible and customer-centric mobility solutions in the Indian market.
