The World's Best Companies 2025 ranking was conducted by TIME - the world's leading magazine - and the prestigious data company Statista, based on criteria of revenue growth, employee satisfaction, and thorough analysis of ESG factors (environment, society and corporate governance).

As the first and only Vietnamese enterprise to meet the voting criteria in the above list, Vingroup excelled in all three criteria with a total score of 77.06, ranking 817th in the top 1,000 best enterprises in the world.
In particular, in the "Revenue growth" criterion, Vingroup was ranked "Very High" with total assets reaching more than VND 958,235 billion, as of June 30. The group's consolidated net revenue and after-tax profit in the first half of 2025 reached nearly VND 130,476 billion and nearly VND 4,540 billion, respectively. Revenue in the first 6 months of the year increased by 103% over the same period last year.
In the "Employee Satisfaction" criterion, Vingroup ranked 894th globally. The Group has created an extremely dynamic working environment, promoting the spirit of dedication, creativity, cohesion and especially focusing on personal development. In Vietnam, Vingroup always tops the annual list of "Best Workplaces in Vietnam" by independent evaluation organizations.
