On September 26, the stock market closed in red despite reaching a peak of 5.3 points at 2 p.m. At the end of the session, VN-Index decreased by 5.39 points (-0.32%), stopping at 1,660.7 points due to widespread selling pressure.

Market liquidity decreased compared to yesterday's session, with total trading volume on the three floors reaching more than 1,122 million shares, equivalent to a total trading value of more than VND29,688 billion.

Foreign investors continued to net sell for the 14th consecutive session on all three exchanges, with a net selling value of more than VND2,195 billion, focusing on codes SSI (VND319.11 billion), HPG (VND170.81 billion), VIX (VND170.22 billion),SHB (VND166.16 billion), VHM (VND134.54 billion)...

On the contrary, the stocks with the most net purchases in this session included VCB (72.36 billion VND), CII (49.03 billion VND), HDG (27.59 billion VND), HHS (26.89 billion VND), HHV (21.21 billion VND)...

On the HoSE floor, the matched order value this session decreased compared to the previous session, reaching more than VND 24,833 billion.
