Every March, in Dien Bien Phu city, the Ban Flower Festival is held with many cultural - sports - tourism contents. One of the activities that attracts a large number of people and tourists to visit, learn and experience is the "Highland Cultural Space" with the traditional cultural identities of the ethnic groups: Mong, Thai, Ha Nhi, Dao, Kho Mu... Local people and tourists are bustling and passionate about the bamboo dance, Mong flute, Thai xoa; attentive to each thread, embroidery stitch, brocade weaving frame; intoxicated by a cup of buffalo horn wine... The highland cultural space recreates the cultural colors and community activities of the community of 19 ethnic groups living in Dien Bien province.
