Long Hung Commune: Many activities to support the poor

Responding to the emulation movement "The whole country joins hands for the poor - No one is left behind", recently, the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Long Hung commune has had many activities to share and encourage poor households in the commune.

Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Long Hung commune Tran Ngoc Toan presented support money to Ms. Dao Thi Mac in Chieng La village.

The Standing Committee of the Fatherland Front Committee of Long Hung commune organized a donation of funding to support house repair for the family of Ms. Dao Thi Mac, 75 years old, a member of the Commune Farmers' Association with especially difficult circumstances in Chieng La village, Long Hung commune. The funding of 2 million VND was taken from the commune's "For the Poor" Fund.

The Fatherland Front Committee of Long Hung commune and representatives of the leaders of the Customs Branch of Region IV presented a solidarity house to Mr. Dang Van Phong's family.

The Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Long Hung Commune, the Thanh Trieu Village Front Committee and representatives of the leaders of the Region IV Customs Branch held an inauguration ceremony and presented a solidarity house to Mr. Dang Van Phong's family, a poor household in Thanh Trieu Village. In particular, the Region IV Customs Branch presented 100 million VND in support money and meaningful gifts to Mr. Phong's family.

Leaders of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Long Hung commune presented rice to support poor households.

Along with that, 209 poor households in Long Hung commune were given rice, each household 10kg worth 250,000 VND from the province's "For the Poor" Fund.

These are meaningful and practical activities for poor households in the commune, demonstrating the tradition of mutual love and support, contributing to encouraging poor households to strive to escape poverty and improve their quality of life.
