In particular, for district-level headquarters (after abolishing the district level), priority will be considered for the commune-level government where the headquarters is located or other State agencies, organizations, and units (including central agencies, organizations, and units in the area) that need to use them as working headquarters or career operation facilities.
At the same time, it is possible to arrange one office for many agencies, organizations and units according to regulations.
For commune-level headquarters, in the immediate future, they will continue to be arranged as headquarters.

In case there is no immediate need for use, the land will be recovered and handed over to the land fund development organization for management and exploitation according to regulations.
