How to see the assessment scores of Ho Chi Minh City National University?

This afternoon (April 14), in an interview with Thanh Nien Newspaper reporter, Dr. Nguyen Quoc Chinh, Director of the Center for Testing and Assessment of Training Quality (Ho Chi Minh City National University), said that up to this point, the organization of marking the first round of competency assessment exams has been completed. Tomorrow morning (April 15), the Examination Council will hold a meeting and the exam results will be announced later.

To know the exam scores, candidates can look them up using their personal accounts on the website https://thinangluc.vnuhcm.edu.vn/dgnl/.

Note to candidates after knowing the scores, Dr. Chinh shared: "After having the test scores, from April 16, candidates can register for admission using the results of the capacity assessment exam to Ho Chi Minh City National University and other schools that use this exam score for admission. Candidates compare the score achieved in the first round and the expected score they can achieve if they retake the exam to decide whether to take the second round or not."

Also from April 16 to May 7, Ho Chi Minh City National University will open the second round of exam registration. In the second round, Ho Chi Minh City National University will organize on the morning of June 2 in 12 provinces/cities: Thua Thien-Hue, Da Nang, Binh Dinh, Khanh Hoa, Dak Lak, Lam Dong, Ho Chi Minh City, Ba Ria - Vung Tau, Dong Nai, Binh Duong, Tien Giang and An Giang.

This year, it is expected that more than 100 universities and colleges will register to use the exam results to select a part of their enrollment quota. Of which, Ho Chi Minh City National University alone will reserve at least 45% of its total enrollment quota for the purpose of competency assessment exams.

Previously, on the morning of April 7, over 93,800 candidates participated in the first round of the Ho Chi Minh City National University's competency assessment exam (reaching 98.2% of the total number of candidates registered to take the exam). After a week, this is the time when candidates are waiting for the exam results to be announced.

In 2023, the analysis results of 88,052 capacity assessment tests of Ho Chi Minh City National University showed that the average score of candidates was 639.2 points. Notably, this test had 152 candidates scoring more than 1,000 points and the test with the highest score was 1,091, the lowest was 238.
