Resolutely handle existing problems related to expressway projects through Dak Lak province

The People's Committee of Dak Lak province has just issued an official dispatch on thoroughly handling the existing problems and difficulties related to the Chi Thanh - Van Phong section project of the North - South Eastern Expressway Project and Component 2 and Component 3 of the Khanh Hoa - Buon Ma Thuot Expressway Construction Project, Phase 1.

Specifically, the Provincial People's Committee assigned the Provincial Management Board of Investment Projects for Construction of Traffic Works and Rural Development Agriculture (Board A), the investor of Component Project 3 to clarify the subjective and objective causes, the responsibilities of the collective and individuals for the tasks that are behind schedule. Promptly urge and direct the construction contractors and supervision consultants to take measures to increase human resources, material resources and construction equipment, speed up the construction progress to compensate for the delayed progress.

Construction of Component Project 3 of Khanh Hoa - Buon Ma Thuot Expressway Project.

The communes where the project passes through include: Ea O, Vu Bon, Tan Tien, Ea Knuec, Krong Pac, Ea Ning, Ea Ktur, Krong A, Cu Pui, Yang Mao are responsible for coordinating with Board A, Project Management Board 6 (investor of Component Project 2) to review and unify the work content according to functions and tasks to continue directing relevant agencies and units to strengthen propaganda, mobilize people to accompany, and create favorable conditions for the construction unit.

At the same time, focus on coordinating to thoroughly resolve difficulties and problems regarding site clearance (resulting and adjusted areas), material mine procedures, waste disposal procedures, relocation of technical infrastructure, exploitation procedures, and handling of assets from natural forest timber recovery to ensure compliance with current regulations.

Propose that Project Management Board 6 coordinate with relevant units and localities to complete the procedures for approving the plan for exploiting and handling assets to recover natural forest timber for Component Project 2.

Regarding the work of site clearance and construction materials related to the Chi Thanh - Van Phong Component Project (located entirely in the territory of Phu Yen province (old), now Dak Lak province), the Department of Agriculture and Environment, the Department of Construction, the People's Committees of the communes: Tuy An Bac, O Loan, Tuy An Nam, Hoa Xuan; the wards: Binh Kien, Phu Yen, Tuy Hoa, Dong Hoa proactively coordinate to handle according to their functions and tasks. In case of difficulties or problems, they must reach an agreement and report to the competent authority for settlement according to regulations.
