On the afternoon of March 3, a mattress factory of about 2,000 square meters in Hamlet 1, Xuan Thoi Thuong Commune, Hoc Mon District, Ho Chi Minh City caught fire. The fire then spread to the rubber factory. Both factories burned down and collapsed completely.
By 4:00 p.m. the same day, the Fire Prevention and Rescue Police Team of Hoc Mon District Police had basically controlled the fire.
The 2,000 square meter mattress factory caught fire fiercely, causing smoke to spread to the rubber factory next door.
At the scene, the inside of the mattress factory was burned down. The metal roof collapsed everywhere, the mattress fabric was burning and clumped into lumps. Similarly, the rubber factory next to the mattress factory was in a similar situation. The authorities promptly moved a 7-seat car away from the scene of the fire from the mattress factory.

Before that, people living near Hamlet 1 - Xuan Thoi Thuong Commune - Hoc Mon District, Ho Chi Minh City saw a column of smoke billowing high, accompanied by many loud explosions. When they went to check, they discovered a mattress factory of about 2,000 m2 was on fire.
Immediately after receiving the news, the Fire Police and Rescue Team of Hoc Mon District Police quickly arrived at the scene for rescue.
The cause and damage of the fire are being investigated by Hoc Mon district police.
Earlier, late in the evening of February 24, a similar fire occurred in Ho Chi Minh City. People living on Nguyen Van Tra Street (Hamlet 1, Vinh Loc B Commune, Binh Chanh District, Ho Chi Minh City) saw smoke and a burning smell rising. When they went out to see, many people were shocked to see the fierce fire at address A9/26 Nguyen Van Tra Street.
At the scene, at least 3 workshops were on fire. It is worth mentioning that the 3 workshops produced wood, glue, and helmets, which are flammable, making it difficult to put out the fire.
By 10:15 p.m. the same day, the fire was basically under control. The fire did not cause any human casualties, but many properties were completely burned down.
