On October 5, the Department of Education and Training of Gio Linh District ( Quang Tri ) said that on October 4, the unit worked with Cua Viet Primary School and reported on the mobilization of funds to repair the school's restroom to the Department of Education and Training and the People's Committee of Gio Linh District.

Accordingly, in the process of mobilizing funds to repair the restroom, although not yet approved by the Department of Education and Training of Gio Linh District, Cua Viet Primary School has temporarily collected support money from parents.

Toilets at Cua Viet Primary School are in disrepair.

Because the average support level for each grade level is not in accordance with regulations, Gio Linh District Education and Training Department requires Cua Viet Primary School to refund the money temporarily collected from parents and fix it before tomorrow (October 6).

The school board and principal reviewed responsibility for shortcomings in the process of organizing and implementing socialization to repair toilets.

Previously, some parents whose children are studying at Cua Viet Primary School reported that the school was mobilizing money to upgrade and repair the degraded restroom with an estimated budget of about 131 million VND, including items such as wall cladding, pillars, columns, flooring, tile floors...

The school mobilized each parent to support from 150,000 - 380,000 VND (depending on each grade).

Many parents disagreed with the reason that this amount was not included in the collection list and the collection rate proposed by the school was quite high while the economic conditions of many families were still difficult... However, some parents also shared and agreed with the social mobilization to repair the toilets of Cua Viet Primary School due to the deterioration of the building.
