Of which, 9 households were drawn to be allocated resettlement land in residential area of ​​group 3, 4, Quy Thanh 1 village (Binh Quy commune).

Previously, the People's Committee of Thang Binh district issued decisions to forcibly reclaim land plots of the above 10 households because the households did not receive money and hand over the land to implement the project to upgrade and renovate National Highway 14E in the railway overpass area. Before the enforcement, the district's functional forces and the Binh Quy commune government continued to meet and propagate for the last time to get the households' consent.

So far, regarding the railway overpass area of ​​the National Highway 14E Upgrade and Renovation Project, 29/45 households that issued compensation and resettlement support plans have received money and handed over the land; of which 24 households have been drawn and allocated resettlement land out of a total of 39/59 households that have submitted applications to reclaim the area outside the clearance zone and re-allocate resettlement land.
