Speaking at the ceremony, Colonel Tran Hoang Giang, Political Commissar of Division 5, emphasized: "To complete the emulation contents and targets, the Party Committees and commanders of agencies and units have focused on disseminating and educating to raise awareness and responsibility for officers and soldiers about the purpose, meaning and requirements of the emulation period; at the same time, concretizing emulation targets close to reality; strictly maintaining discipline and training regimes, combat readiness, building discipline and managing discipline.

Emulation groups and committees should strengthen inspection, assessment, commendation, replication of typical examples, and timely overcoming of limitations. Regiments should pay attention to inspecting and helping units with difficulties, small-scale work, sudden work, drills and tasks with potential risks of insecurity and disciplinary violations.
