Vietnam Bank for Agriculture and Rural Development ( Agribank ) - Nam Ninh Binh Branch organizes the first round of labor recruitment in 2023 for units under the Branch, specifically as follows:

I. RECRUITMENT UNIT AND POSITION:

1. Agribank Kim Son Nam Ninh Binh District Branch: 01 credit target.

2. Agribank Branch in Binh Minh Nam Ninh Binh: 01 credit target.

II. CONDITIONS AND STANDARDS FOR CANDIDATES

1. Recruitment conditions:

1.1. Conditions and application documents:

- People who meet the standards of quality, professional ethics; qualifications and professional capacity according to the requirements of the position and job title to be recruited.

- Clear background confirmed by a competent State agency within no more than 6 months from the date of application submission.

- Health enough to ensure the job, with a certificate issued by a health authority within 12 months from the date of application submission, age not over 35 (as of June 30, 2023). Male height from 1.60m or taller, Female height from 1.55m or taller.

- Not being under criminal prosecution, serving a sentence, being imprisoned, being in non-custodial reform, being placed under probation, being subject to local educational measures or being sent to a medical facility, reformatory facility, etc.

- Have a recruitment application form according to Agribank's form: Commit to comply with Agribank's labor and labor management regulations if recruited, clearly stating the wish to work at a unit under the Type I Branch.

Candidates can register up to 02 wishes:

+ Wish 1: Candidates register to work at one of the units under Agribank Nam Ninh Binh Branch (Agribank Kim Son District Branch, Nam Ninh Binh, Agribank Binh Minh Area Branch, Nam Ninh Binh).

+ Option 2: Candidates register for a job assigned by the Recruitment Council. In this case, the candidate must commit to working long-term at the unit for at least 5 years (if recruited).

1.2. Conditions and standards for candidates applying for professional labor positions: Candidates are required to have a regular university degree or higher, with a major appropriate to the position being applied for.

- Foreign language proficiency: Minimum English certificate: Vietnamese language proficiency framework level 2, European reference framework for foreign languages A2, IELTS 3.0, TOEIC 400, TOEFL PBT 340, TOEFL CBT 96, TOEFL ITP 337, TOEFL IBT 31, valid at the time of application.

- IT proficiency: Have a basic IT application certificate as prescribed by the Ministry of Information and Communications or an international standard office IT certificate recognized by the Ministry of Education and Training.

III. RECRUITMENT FORM:

Candidates must participate in 03 rounds.

- Round 1: Preliminary selection (conducted upon receiving applications).

- Round 2: Written exam on credit professional skills.

- Round 3: Interview.
