The People's Police University football team is one of the new recruits of the 2nd Vietnam Youth Student Football Tournament - 2024. Major Nguyen Trong Nghia, coach and main lecturer of the Armed Police Faculty, People's Police University, said: "The spirit of the whole team is very eager to participate in the tournament. We are letting them get used to and play more skillfully on the 11-player field. Because they almost only play on the 7-player field before entering a tournament considered very professional for students."

Just a few minutes after the unexpected loss, the future police players scored a goal to equalize the score 1-1. After scoring, the players of the People's Police University played much more smoothly to score 4 more goals in the remaining part of the match. All the goals of Coach Nguyen Trong Nghia's students came from very methodical and fast attacking arrangements. The People's Police University team can attack by coordinating passes in the middle or even very well-coordinated sidelines.
Bui Xuan Bac (14) has very good technique and speed.
Outstanding in the People's Police University team is midfielder and captain A Quynh. He coordinates the team's play and has sharp passes and accurate finishing ability. Striker Bui Xuan Bac, despite his slim body, possesses skillful techniques to combine with A Quynh to create sharp attacks.
Banking University lost heavily in the practice match.
"I am very pleased that my players have gradually become accustomed to playing 11-a-side. Unfortunately, we are still missing a few players due to injuries and hope they will recover before entering the tournament. Because this is the first time participating and we do not know the strength of the teams, our team aims to participate, learn and try to win a ticket to the finals if possible," coach Nguyen Trong Nghia modestly shared.
