NDO - On the afternoon of November 13 local time (morning of November 14 Hanoi time ), at the Peruvian Presidential Palace in the capital Lima, after successfully concluding the talks, President Dina Ercilia Boluarte Zegarra presided over the ceremony to award the "Peruvian Sun" Grand Cross to President Luong Cuong.

The Grand Cross of the Order of the Sun of Peru is the highest award of the State of Peru in recognition of President Luong Cuong's contributions to promoting and strengthening the friendly and cooperative relationship between the two countries.
