Bac Ninh: Displaying ornamental plants and releasing doves of peace to welcome the Provincial Party Congress

BAC NINH - Comrade Mai Son, Standing Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, has just signed and issued Official Dispatch No. 2343/UBND-NN to organize the display of ornamental plants and release doves of peace to welcome the Provincial Party Congress, term 2025-2030.

Accordingly, in order to contribute to creating a lively, artistic space and a message of peace, solidarity, sustainable development, and at the same time create an exciting and joyful atmosphere to welcome the Patriotic Emulation Congress and the Provincial Party Congress for the 2025-2030 term; from September 20 to October 2, 2025, the Provincial Ornamental Plants Association organized an exhibition of 99 bonsai works and released doves of peace at the Bac Ninh Provincial Convention Center, 3/2 Square ( Bac Giang Ward).

Comrade Mai Son, Standing Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee assigned the Bac Ninh Provincial Ornamental Plants Association to preside over and coordinate with relevant agencies and units to organize the display of ornamental plants and release doves of peace to welcome the 1st Bac Ninh Provincial Patriotic Emulation Congress for the period 2025 - 2030 and the Provincial Party Congress for the term 2025 - 2030.

The Bac Ninh Provincial Ornamental Plants Association proactively surveyed, developed plans and detailed scenarios for ornamental plant display activities. Actively coordinated with the Organizing Committee of the 1st Bac Ninh Provincial Patriotic Emulation Congress, the Organizing Subcommittee serving the Provincial Party Congress for the 2025 - 2030 term to agree on specific time, diagram, location for displaying ornamental plants, releasing pigeons and related contents, conditions for management, care, protection of ornamental plant works and auxiliary equipment to ensure safety, solemnity, aesthetics, security and order and environmental protection.

The Department of Home Affairs coordinated with the Provincial Ornamental Plants Association to develop a scenario for releasing doves at the first Patriotic Emulation Congress of Bac Ninh province, period 2025 - 2030.

The Department of Finance studies and advises on the arrangement of additional funding from the budget for the Provincial Ornamental Plants Association to perform the above tasks according to regulations.

The provincial police directed functional forces to coordinate with the Provincial Bonsai Association in ensuring security and order, protecting bonsai works, assets and related accessories during the exhibition period serving the congresses.

The Organizing Subcommittee serving the Provincial Party Congress for the 2025-2030 term directed relevant agencies and units to coordinate and support the Provincial Ornamental Plants Association in displaying ornamental plants to welcome the Provincial Party Congress for the 2025-2030 term.
