On the afternoon of August 15, Inspection Delegation No. 1353 of the Party Central Committee Secretariat led by Comrade Do Van Chien, Politburo member, Party Central Committee Secretary, Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Central Committee, worked with the Standing Committee of the Thai Binh Provincial Party Committee on implementing the decision and plan to inspect the leadership, direction and organization of the implementation of Conclusion No. 21-KL/TW dated October 25, 2021 of the Party Central Committee (13th tenure) on promoting Party building and rectification and the political system; resolutely preventing, repelling and strictly handling cadres and party members who have degraded in political ideology, ethics and lifestyle, and manifestations of "self-evolution" and "self-transformation" against the Standing Committee of the Thai Binh Provincial Party Committee.

This is an inspection within the inspection program of the Politburo and the Central Party Secretariat in 2024. The inspection timeline is from the issuance of Conclusion No. 21-KL/TW to the time of inspection. The inspection aims to properly assess the strengths, limitations, shortcomings, and violations (if any) of the Standing Committee of the Thai Binh Provincial Party Committee in leading, directing, and organizing the implementation of Conclusion No. 21-KL/TW dated October 25, 2021 of the Central Party Committee (13th term).

Speaking at the working session, Comrade Do Van Chien, Politburo member, Party Central Committee Secretary, Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Central Committee, Head of the inspection delegation emphasized: This is a regular, periodic inspection to serve the leadership and direction of the Secretariat in the work of building and rectifying the Party and the political system. Therefore, during the inspection process, it is necessary to correctly, objectively and honestly assess the strengths, limitations, shortcomings and violations (if any) of the Thai Binh Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee in researching, grasping and organizing the implementation of Conclusion No. 21-KL/TW. During the inspection process, it is necessary to strictly follow the Secretariat's regulations on inspection work, ensuring democracy and objectivity.
Regarding the inspection content, he suggested that the delegation focus on closely following the content of Conclusion No. 21-KL/TW, especially the 5 main tasks and solutions for inspection, including: Continuing to innovate and improve the quality of political and ideological work, self-criticism and criticism. Focusing on building a team of cadres at all levels, especially at the strategic level and leaders, associated with innovation and streamlining the political system's apparatus to be streamlined and operate effectively and efficiently. Focusing on perfecting the policy mechanism. Strengthening the Party's inspection, supervision and discipline work, resolutely and persistently fighting against corruption and negativity, strictly handling violating cadres and party members. Promoting the role and responsibility of elected bodies, the Fatherland Front, socio-political organizations, truly relying on the people to build and rectify the Party and a clean and strong political system. The Standing Committee of Thai Binh Provincial Party Committee directed relevant Party organizations to raise awareness of self-criticism and criticism, coordinate, and create conditions for the inspection team to complete its tasks to ensure the set goals and requirements, in accordance with the schedule prescribed by the Secretariat.

Speaking at the working session, comrade Ngo Dong Hai, member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee affirmed: The inspection is an opportunity for the Standing Committee of the Thai Binh Provincial Party Committee to review and re-evaluate the results achieved in leading, directing and organizing the implementation of Conclusion No. 21-KL/TW of the Party Central Committee (13th tenure); promptly overcome limitations, shortcomings and violations (if any) to continue to lead, direct and effectively organize the implementation of Conclusion No. 21-KL/TW in the coming time. The Standing Committee of the Thai Binh Provincial Party Committee will strictly implement the Secretariat's Decision and the delegation's inspection plan, especially fully absorb the instructions and orientations of the Head of the inspection delegation to prepare for the inspection to achieve the best results.
