Currently, Ha Giang Newspaper has a total of 128 officers and employees; including 1 Editorial Board and 9 affiliated departments; reducing 1 public service unit under the province, reducing 7 department-level focal points, reaching a rate of 43.75%; of which there are 2 service units under the provincial Radio and Television Station. Immediately after the merger, Ha Giang Newspaper assigned specific tasks to each department, each officer, reporter, and editor. Avoiding overlap and always ensuring uninterrupted flow of information, effectively serving the local political tasks.
