VOV.VN - On the morning of October 2, the Coast Guard Region 4 Command announced that the unit had just detained a ship illegally transporting more than 70,000 liters of DO oil in the southwestern sea.

Accordingly, at 1:10 p.m. on September 30, while performing a mission in the Southwest sea, the functional forces of the Coast Guard Region 4 Command discovered and inspected the ship KG 95666 TS.

At the time of inspection, there were 4 crew members on board, led by captain Pham Hoang Dai, born in 1980, with permanent residence in Vinh Quang ward, Rach city, Kien Giang province.

According to the captain's initial statement, the ship was transporting more than 70,000 liters of DO oil without invoices or documents proving its legal origin.
