(Dan Tri) - A resident discovered a baby boy abandoned on a deserted street late at night, along with a bottle of pre-mixed milk that was still warm.
On January 5, the police of Huong Son commune, Tan Ky district, Nghe An province issued a notice to find relatives of an abandoned baby in the area.
Captain Pham Ngoc Son, Chief of Huong Son Commune Police, said the child was discovered by a resident of Tan Hong hamlet (Huong Son commune) at around 11 p.m. on January 4, on a deserted road.

"At this time, the temperature in the area is very low, 8-9 degrees Celsius, with dense fog and cold. The baby is dressed warmly, wrapped in a blanket, and has a bag next to him. In the bag, in addition to items such as clothes and medicine, there is also a bottle of warm milk and a plastic rack to hang wet children's clothes," Captain Pham Ngoc Son informed.
The baby was taken by the local people and the commune police to the Huong Son Commune Health Station for a health check. Through examination, the baby boy was about 3 months old and in normal health.
While waiting to find relatives, the child was handed over to a household and a medical station for care.
