Aiming to form a smart hospital, first of all serving the second facility to come into operation, the representative of Bach Mai Hospital's leadership informed about the need to recruit highly qualified doctors.

According to Director of Bach Mai Hospital Dao Xuan Co, to operate the second facility in Ninh Binh (before the merger with Ha Nam ) by the end of this year, the hospital needs to recruit 300 more doctors, especially doctors with high professional qualifications, with priority given to recruiting resident doctors. Currently, there are more than 100 doctors, most of whom are residents from medical universities, selected and trained domestically, internationally and at Bach Mai Hospital in Hanoi. Not only requiring high professional qualifications, doctors are also trained in communication skills and medical ethics. For many years, Bach Mai Hospital has been the place to train resident doctors. In the future, the hospital will have incentives to make it more convenient for resident doctors, while continuing to create opportunities to develop their expertise and study opportunities domestically and internationally.

According to Associate Professor, Dr. Dao Xuan Co, Bach Mai 2 Hospital was put into operation to improve the quality of medical examination and treatment, training and medical research in a modern and synchronous direction, meeting the development requirements of the medical industry in the new period. It is oriented to become a modern medical center, with 1,000 beds and advanced equipment systems such as surgical robots, Proton computed tomography machines, Hybrid operating room systems... All equipment is invested synchronously according to the direction of the Government and the Ministry of Health .
