On April 4, a representative of the People's Committee of Binh Duong province said that the locality has decided to allocate land without collecting land use fees to the Binh Duong Provincial Police to carry out the investment project to build 3 headquarters including the Police Department for Administrative Management of Social Order; the Traffic Police Department and the Mobile Police Department.

The land is granted at plot number 875, map sheet number 212; plot number 471, map sheet number 28 and plot number 74, map sheet number 3427 in Dinh Hoa ward, Thu Dau Mot city, Binh Duong province. The total land area is nearly 3.8 hectares.

The People's Committee of Binh Duong province assigned the Department of Natural Resources and Environment to be responsible for issuing certificates of land use rights, house ownership rights and assets attached to land to the Provincial Police according to regulations.

Propose the Department of Natural Resources and Environment to correct land records, determine specific boundaries and hand over land on the field.

For Binh Duong Provincial Police, the Provincial People's Committee requests to fulfill financial obligations and contact Dinh Hoa Ward People's Committee to register land changes according to regulations.

The old headquarters of the Traffic Police Department of Binh Duong Province is often congested with traffic during rush hour or holidays.

Previously, Binh Duong also allocated land to build the new office building project of Thu Dau Mot City Police. The land location is near My Phuoc Tan Van Street in Dinh Hoa Ward, Thu Dau Mot City with an area of ​​about 1 hectare.

The new headquarters of Thu Dau Mot City Police has an investment capital of over 100 billion, construction started in 2022 and is now nearly completed, preparing to be put into operation.
