According to Ms. Quach Thu Nguyet - former Director and Editor-in-Chief of Tre Publishing House, although she was very busy with many unfinished manuscripts and taking care of work for the Nguyen An Ninh digital library, she was very excited when she was invited to participate in the project. "After 7-10 days of pondering over the topic, I suddenly remembered the reminder of the late Professor Tran Van Giau told me when he was still alive: 'Vietnam's history is an endless treasure, an endless asset, a precious medicine to stimulate and nurture national pride'. Why don't we expand the topic to the period of the country's founding until today? To find the answer to that question, at 3 a.m. I started sitting at my desk, coming up with ideas and writing continuously about the periods throughout the country's history."
The calendar is both modern and imbued with Vietnamese cultural depth.
Ms. Quach Thu Nguyet's idea received the support and consensus of Mr. Phan Tan Nghi - Creative Director of Grapeshouse Company Limited, so everyone started to implement it immediately. The block calendar set includes 365 pages, divided into 4 themes: Independence - the eternal aspiration of the nation; Unification - North and South reunited under one roof; Innovation - overcoming the challenges of backwardness and slow development; Development - accelerating, making breakthroughs towards a prosperous and happy Vietnam.
According to Mr. Phan Tan Nghi: "The spirit of independence and freedom of the nation is affirmed through three immortal heroic works: Nam Quoc Son Ha, Binh Ngo Dai Cao and Declaration of Independence . Each calendar page is an independent work of art, created by a group of artists and students of the Ho Chi Minh City University of Fine Arts."

The process of compiling and designing illustrations took many months, with investment in research, reference from books, historical documents, archival photos, films and reliable sources. The creative team applied artificial intelligence (AI) to support the idea and material search, but the entire creative process was still guided by emotion, imagination and human hands. The combination of knowledge - art - technology has created a calendar that is both modern and culturally profound.
The calendar not only has artistic value but is also a valuable cultural and educational document, contributing to nurturing love for the homeland and a sense of responsibility to the country, and is also a bridge of memory - knowledge - inspiration for every Vietnamese person.
