The Ministry of Home Affairs requested to report on the implementation results of Decree 178 and Decree 67.

(Chinhphu.vn) - The Ministry of Home Affairs has just issued Official Dispatch No. 7461/BNV-TCBC to ministries, branches and localities requesting to synthesize and report on the implementation results of Decree No. 178/2024/ND-CP and Decree No. 67/2025/ND-CP of the Government to serve the assessment and reporting work to competent authorities.

Previously, implementing Conclusion No. 183-KL/TW dated August 1, 2025 of the Politburo , Secretariat and Official Dispatch No. 322-CV/DU dated August 3, 2025 of the Government Party Committee, after exchanging opinions with the Central Party Office and the Central Organizing Committee, the Ministry of Home Affairs issued Official Dispatch No. 6383/BNV-TCBC dated August 13, 2025 to ministries, committees, branches and localities on the implementation of Conclusion No. 183-KL/TW.

In particular, the Ministry of Home Affairs requested ministries, departments, branches and localities to complete the settlement of policies and regimes according to Decree No. 178/2024/ND-CP (amended and supplemented in Decree No. 67/2025/ND-CP) before August 31, 2025.

In order to have a basis to report to competent authorities on the results of implementing Conclusion No. 183-KL/TW, the Ministry of Home Affairs requests that ministries, departments, branches and localities report on the results. Results of implementing policies and regimes according to Decree No. 178/2024/ND-CP (amended and supplemented by Decree No. 67/2025/ND-CP) until August 30, 2025.

At the same time, generally assess the implementation of policies and regimes; in case of difficulties or problems, state the difficulties or problems and propose solutions to handle them; make proposals and recommendations (if any).

The Ministry of Home Affairs requests that reports from Ministries, Departments, branches and localities be sent to the Ministry of Home Affairs before September 8, 2025 so that the Ministry of Home Affairs can synthesize and report to competent authorities for consideration and decision.

In Resolution 268/NQ-CP on the implementation and operation of the two-level local government model, the Government affirmed that the settlement of regimes and policies for the post-reorganization team will be implemented promptly and transparently.

As of August 19, nationwide, 94,402 people had decided to quit their jobs; the total number of people submitting to competent authorities for approval of funding and the number of people whose funding has been approved by competent authorities is 81,410 people; of which 75,710 people have had their funding resolved according to regulations. This demonstrates the practical care and concern of the Party and State, ensuring the rights of cadres, civil servants and public employees, while creating consensus and stability within the team.

Decree 178/2024/ND-CP of the Government on policies and regimes for cadres, civil servants, public employees, workers and armed forces in implementing the organizational arrangement of the political system was issued on December 31, 2024. Decree 667/2025/ND-CP amending and supplementing a number of articles of Decree 178/2024/ND-CP of the Government was issued on March 15, 2025.

According to the Ministry of Home Affairs, the implementation of these two Decrees in the past time aims to ensure the rights of cadres, civil servants and public employees who quit their jobs due to organizational restructuring, contributing to the goal of streamlining the organizational structure, restructuring and improving the quality of cadres, civil servants and public employees, retaining and promoting cadres with outstanding qualities and abilities...
