Specifically, the Project to Upgrade Provincial Road 390B and build a new bypass road to Thanh Ha town center received an increase of more than 36 billion VND in capital from the additional provincial budget in 2025, bringing the total investment from the provincial budget to 203 billion VND.
In addition, 3 projects planned from the provincial budget under the medium-term public investment plan for the period 2021 - 2025 were also supplemented with more than 55 billion VND, raising the total investment capital to more than 130 billion VND. These projects include: repairing and restoring dikes section K56+987 - K59+765 ( Thai Binh left dike, level IV); repairing and restoring dikes section K0+000 - K1+632 (Mía River left dike); repairing and restoring dikes section K0+000 - K1+650 (Gua River right dike).
The total adjusted public investment capital increased by more than 91.5 billion VND, contributing to improving the traffic infrastructure, dikes, and irrigation systems in the district.
Previously, at the 22nd Session recently held, the People's Council of Thanh Ha district, term XX (term 2021 - 2026) agreed to supplement the public investment capital plan for 2025 as above after the province allocated a specific capital plan.
