To prepare for the opening ceremony, the Department of Education and Training of Ho Chi Minh City has requested heads of educational institutions to review conditions, arrange space and equipment to broadcast live the national opening ceremony program, coordinate with local telecommunications and television units to ensure stable signals, high quality images and sounds. Arrange audio-visual equipment (LED, TV) to ensure enough for the entire school to attend and follow the opening ceremony program of the 2025-2026 school year. Units develop detailed plans to ensure safety, solemnity, economy, and suitability to the actual situation of the unit.

In particular, the activities planned by the organizer are compact, ending before 8:00 or organized after 9:30. From 8:00 to 9:30, all delegates, teachers, students and pupils fully participate in the contents of the program organized by the Ministry of Education and Training.
