In the context that customers in Vietnam are increasingly cautious about calls from unknown numbers due to spam, fake calls and phone scams, Vietnam Posts and Telecommunications Group (VNPT) informed that the official phone numbers are used to call customers for consultation and service support.

VNPT number 0888000666 calls to support MyTV internet television service and landline phone.

All calls from VNPT confirm that they do not require customers to provide OTP, passwords or bank accounts. Reaffirming the official numbers is to help customers easily identify and feel secure when receiving calls from these numbers, while protecting customers from risks from impersonators.

The list of official VNPT numbers that are called will be displayed on the customer's phone as follows:

• 0888 001 091 : Mobile service support
• 0888 000 666 : Support for Internet services, MyTV television and landline phones
• 0918 001 260 : Support for Information Technology and Digitalization services
• 0911 001 091 : Consulting on VNPT packages and services
