On the evening of October 11, in Ho Chi Minh City, the Central Propaganda Department organized the Exchange Program of typical examples in studying and following Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and style in the Southern region in 2024, with the theme "Aspiration - Pioneer".

Attending the event were comrades: Nguyen Trong Nghia, Politburo member, Secretary of the Party Central Committee, Head of the Party Central Committee's Propaganda Department; Phan Van Mai, Party Central Committee member, Deputy Secretary of the City Party Committee, Chairman of the Ho Chi Minh City People's Committee; Phan Nguyen Nhu Khue, Standing Committee member of the City Party Committee, Head of the Propaganda Department of the Ho Chi Minh City Party Committee.

Also attending were leaders of the Southern Provincial and Municipal Party Committees; leaders of the standing agencies of the Central Committees, ministries and branches in Ho Chi Minh City; especially 17 typical examples and 12 outstanding models.

Speaking at the program, Head of the Central Propaganda Department Nguyen Trong Nghia praised the proud achievements of the typical examples honored in today's program.

According to him, the impressive stories about Southern people today competing to learn and follow Uncle Ho's pioneering spirit, innovation, and creativity through simple, practical actions with many good models and effective methods have a strong spreading power.

The Head of the Central Propaganda Department requested that Party committees, authorities, the Fatherland Front and socio-political organizations effectively implement Conclusion 01-KL/TW of the 13th Politburo , and move towards summarizing 10 years of implementing Directive 05-CT/TW of the 12th Politburo on "Promoting studying and following Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and lifestyle", Regulations on setting examples and Regulation 144-QD/TW of the Politburo on ethical standards of cadres and party members in the new situation.
