Updated list of universities for additional admission in 2023

Currently, nearly 200 universities have announced their admission scores for 2023. Below is a list of schools that continue to accept applications.

As soon as the benchmark scores were announced, some universities immediately announced the admission quota and additional admission scores even though the time for announcing the first benchmark scores according to the regulations of the Ministry of Education and Training had not yet ended.

Ton Duc Thang University announced the second round of additional admissions, accepting applications until September 13 for a number of majors.

Specifically, for the Standard Program: Environmental Science , Environmental Engineering Technology, Labor Protection, Traffic Construction Engineering, Sports Management (Golf Major), Construction Management.

Undergraduate programs in English: Vietnamese Studies (Major in Tourism and Tourism Management), Accounting (Major in International Accounting), Biotechnology, Control and Automation Engineering, Construction Engineering.

Study programs at Khanh Hoa Branch: Vietnamese Studies (Majoring in Tourism and Travel), Accounting, Law, Software Engineering, Business Administration (Majoring in Restaurant and Hotel Management), Marketing, English Language.

International Training Joint Program: Business Administration, Hotel and Restaurant Management, Accounting, Finance and Control, Construction Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical and Electronic Engineering.

Ho Chi Minh City University of Industry and Trade announced additional admission for 10 training majors with application scores from 16-18 points.

Specifically as follows:

Ho Chi Minh City University of Economics and Finance continues to accept additional applications for admission in 2023 by considering high school transcripts. The score for accepting additional applications by considering a combination of 3 subjects in grade 12 and considering the average score of 3 semesters is from 18 points or higher.

Ho Chi Minh City University of Technology conducts additional admissions based on transcripts for all majors (based on transcripts of 3 semesters and grade 12 transcripts based on a combination of 3 subjects) from August 24 to 5:00 p.m. September 10.

FPT University announced additional enrollment of 1,900 students in the fields of Information Technology, Business Administration, English Language, Japanese Language, and Korean Language. Specifically, FPT University Hanoi will enroll 500 additional students; Ho Chi Minh City branch will enroll 500 students; Can Tho branch will enroll 300 students; Da Nang branch will enroll 300 students; Quy Nhon branch will enroll 300 students.

According to the regulations of the Ministry of Education and Training, before 5:00 p.m. on September 8, all successful candidates must confirm their admission online on the system. If candidates do not confirm their admission, they will have to wait for additional admission in the next admission rounds of the universities.

Candidates who have confirmed their admission will not be allowed to register for the next admission, except in cases where the principal or director of the training institution allows them not to enroll.

In case of not yet determined admission, candidates can continue to register their admission wishes on the system or the National Public Service Portal like other candidates. If admitted, candidates will confirm their admission according to the general schedule.

From September 9 to December 2023, candidates who need to apply for additional admission rounds of training institutions will follow the admission plan posted on the schools' admission information pages.

Training institutions must accurately and fully report 2023 enrollment results on the system before December 31.
