The program is organized by the Editorial Board of the Communist Magazine, the Ministry of Public Security , in coordination with the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism and Hanoi City. The event has become a familiar meeting place every historical Autumn, contributing to arousing national pride and solidarity in the whole society. This year, "Sao Doc Lap" marks the 10-year journey, an artistic and political program with a strong cultural and political imprint, while strongly spreading patriotism through television and digital platforms.

The program consists of 3 parts, from the heroic images of the revolutionary autumn of 1945, to the journey of persistent innovation and the aspiration to rise up in the integration era, each performance opens up a perspective on the history and future of the nation.

The special feature of “Independence Star 2025” is the combination of traditional values ​​and contemporary art, helping the younger generation to easily access, be more proud of history and clearly see the responsibility to contribute to a prosperous Vietnam.
