Praising and appreciating the achievements of Dien Bien province in the recent past, comrade Nguyen Hoa Binh suggested that in the coming time, the province should continue to make efforts to improve the infrastructure and transportation system; have many initiatives to develop tourism to exploit the advantages and potentials from the Dien Bien Phu Victory. Dien Bien needs to continue to strive to reduce the poverty rate more each year, gradually improving the lives of the people.
