DNO - On September 12, the Women's Association of Chien Dan Commune Police launched the model "Raising piggy banks for reproduction" to raise funds to support women and children in difficult circumstances in the commune.

Accordingly, each member saves from small daily expenses, putting them into a personal piggy bank. Every 6 months or 1 year, on the occasion of International Women's Day March 8 and Vietnamese Women's Day October 20, the association will "cut the piggy bank" to summarize the fund.

This fund is used for activities such as: giving gifts to poor students who overcome difficulties, helping members in difficult circumstances, and building "Warm homes of love".

Major Tran Thi Thu Thuy, Head of the Chien Dan Commune Police Women's Association, said: "Although the model is small, it has profound humanistic meaning, demonstrating the spirit of mutual love, solidarity and responsibility. This is also an opportunity for members to raise their awareness of saving and join hands in implementing social security work in the locality."
