The report of the representative of the Office of the President said that in September 2025, under the close leadership and direction of the President and Vice President, the Office focused on advising and serving the State leaders to well perform their functions and tasks according to the Constitution, laws and the assignment of the Party.
The Office strengthens review, discussion, and experience sharing to ensure effective implementation of tasks, closely following the instructions of the President and Vice President in all aspects of work.
The Office has closely coordinated with the Central Party Office to prepare content, programs, advise and serve the President and Vice President to well perform the tasks assigned by the Party, as well as tasks related to the fields of legislation, executive, judiciary, national defense-security and foreign affairs.
In particular, the Office has closely coordinated with relevant agencies in successfully organizing the President's domestic and foreign visits, thereby contributing to enhancing Vietnam's prestige and position in the international arena. The service of reception, logistics, security and safety is also highly appreciated, meeting the requirements in the new situation.
Based on the assessment of the achieved results as well as the task requirements, in October 2025, the Office will continue to carry out the tasks of research, consulting, and serving the President and Vice President, focusing on a number of important key tasks related to domestic and foreign affairs.
After listening to the reports, proposals, and implementation of tasks from representatives of relevant units' leaders, and concluding the meeting, President Luong Cuong highly appreciated the efforts of the Office of the President in proactively planning and preparing timely and thoughtful content.
Pointing out that in the coming time, there will be a large amount of work, requiring great efforts from the whole team, the President emphasized that the Office needs to continue to promote its role as an advisory body, ensuring the quality of reports and proposals; proactively research and forecast the situation to promptly and accurately advise State leaders in direction and administration.
The President also noted a number of key tasks in the coming time, including requesting the Office to prepare well the contents to serve the President and Vice President to attend the 13th Conference of the 13th Party Central Committee; the 10th Session of the 15th National Assembly, focusing on absorbing the opinions of the National Assembly Standing Committee to complete the President's term work report and serve the President in reporting to the National Assembly; serve the Vice President in the position of Vice Chairman of the National Election Council as planned; as well as a number of important foreign affairs activities, especially the signing ceremony of the United Nations Convention on Cybercrime Prevention and Control in Hanoi at the end of October.
The President requested the Office of the President to further improve the quality of its advisory work in the fields of domestic and foreign affairs; promptly advise on practical and in-depth contents, ensuring progress and quality of work. The Office needs to focus on innovating working methods, applying information technology, and digital transformation to improve management and operation efficiency.
The President expressed his belief that the Office of the President will continue to make efforts, unite, and excellently complete all assigned tasks, making an important contribution to the successful implementation of goals and work requirements in the coming time.
