On the morning of September 12, the Standing Committee of the Provincial People's Council coordinated with the Provincial People's Committee and the Provincial Fatherland Front Committee to organize a conference to unify the content and agenda of the meeting to resolve urgent matters of the Provincial People's Council, term XVII, 2021 - 2026.

According to the plan, the meeting to resolve urgent work of the Provincial People's Council will consider, discuss and approve the reports of the Provincial People's Committee on: proposing to approve the Planning of Thai Binh province for the period 2021-2030, with a vision to 2050; approving the plan to use and repay the local budget for the loan capital of the Project on conservation and management of coastal mangrove ecosystems in the Red River Delta implemented in Thai Binh; the policy of supplementing the provincial budget capital to implement the Project on investment in construction of coastal roads in Thai Binh province; supplementing the list of projects requiring land acquisition for socio-economic development for national and public interests in Thai Binh province in 2023; changing the purpose of using rice-growing land to implement projects in Thai Binh province and a number of other important contents.
