On April 4, right after the 26th Congress of the Vietnam Fatherland Front of Lao Cai city, term 2024 - 2029, was completed, the Standing Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Provincial Committee held a conference to evaluate and draw experience from the organization of the model congress of the Vietnam Fatherland Front at the district level for the term 2024 - 2029.
Comrade Giang Seo Van, Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Chairman of the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee chaired the conference.
Attending the conference were comrades in the Standing Committee of the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee; representatives of the Provincial Party Committee's Organization Committee; the Provincial Party Committee's Mass Mobilization Committee; standing committees of city, town, and district Party committees and the Standing Committees of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committees of districts, towns, and cities in the province.
At the conference, the majority of delegates assessed that the direction and organization of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Congress at the district level for the 2024-2029 term in Lao Cai city were well prepared, took place as planned and were successful. In particular, the congress organization stages were carried out according to the script; the congress documents were fully prepared, with rich content; the consultation process took place openly, democratically, and in compliance with regulations. Some delegates contributed opinions on the congress layout, the congress organization time and some notes during the congress organization process.
Concluding the conference, Comrade Giang Seo Van, Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Chairman of the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee highly appreciated the organization and success of the 26th Congress of Delegates of the Vietnam Fatherland Front of Lao Cai City, term 2024 - 2029.
The Chairman of the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee emphasized: In the coming time, learning from the experience of the model congress of the Vietnam Fatherland Front in Lao Cai city, the Standing Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committees of districts and towns in the province needs to actively and urgently prepare all conditions to organize the district-level Vietnam Fatherland Front Congress for the 2024-2029 term, ensuring the time and requirements set out.
It is necessary to pay attention to a number of issues such as: Personnel plan for the Committee, the Standing Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee for the new term; preparation of congress documents; issues for discussion at the congress; management of the congress program and decoration and celebration content... From there, the congress will be organized on time, concisely and effectively.
Local leaders need to continue to fully and deeply grasp the directives of the Central Government and the province, and the leadership and direction documents of the Party Committee and the Fatherland Front at higher levels to prepare and organize the congress to ensure progress, quality and regulations.
The Chairman of the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee also requested Muong Khuong district - the last locality in the province that has not yet organized the commune-level Vietnam Fatherland Front Congress - to speed up the progress and complete the organization before April 10, 2024 to organize the district-level congress on time.
According to the plan, the district-level congresses of the Vietnam Fatherland Front in the province will be completed in May 2024; the provincial-level congresses of the Vietnam Fatherland Front will be completed in July 2024.
