Art and political program 'Independent Star'

To celebrate the 80th anniversary of the August Revolution and National Day September 2; the 80th anniversary of the People's Public Security Forces' Traditional Day and the 20th anniversary of the National Day for National Security Protection, the Editorial Board of the Communist Magazine, the Ministry of Public Security presided over and coordinated with the Ministry of Culture - Sports - Tourism, the Hanoi Party Committee - People's Council - People's Committee to organize the Independent Star art and political program with the theme For a prosperous Vietnam.

The meaning of the Independent Star program

Independence Star is an annual program held in the autumn days of August, to honor the cultural and historical values of the nation; the patriotic spirit and indomitable will of generations of heroic Vietnamese people who sacrificed and devoted themselves to the independence and freedom of the Fatherland under the leadership of the glorious Communist Party of Vietnam .

In addition, the program also emphasized the great achievements over the past 8 decades, especially in nearly 40 years of national renovation, thereby demonstrating the determination of the entire Party, army and people to bring the country into a new era.

According to the organizers, the program's content revolves around the theme of praising the Party, the great Uncle Ho; the heroic revolutionary history, the country's innovation and integration cause, thereby creating a joyful and exciting atmosphere, while encouraging and motivating all classes of people to actively study, compete in labor production, contributing to the successful implementation of the goals and tasks of socio -economic development in 2025.

This year, the program has innovated in content and artistic expression, helping the public, especially young audiences, understand more clearly and be more proud of the heroic Vietnamese nation, the glorious Communist Party of Vietnam, the great President Ho Chi Minh, and the People's Public Security force "forgetting themselves for the country, serving the people". Through this, the organizers hope to inspire young people - the core and important force for the goal of a strong and prosperous Vietnam in the new era.

The program is structured in 3 chapters, including Under the majestic flag, the flying yellow star; Journey of building peace; Aspiration for a prosperous Vietnam. Independent Star has 15 performances with diverse art genres such as singing, dancing, music, commentary combined with sound, light, Hologram technology images... both historical and traditional but also combining the creative colors of contemporary art technology.
