Program of "Volunteer Saturday", "Green Sunday"

Responding to the Youth Month activities in 2025, on March 22-23, the Youth Union of Artillery Brigade 168, Military Region 2 coordinated with the Youth Unions of schools and communes: Thanh Ba High School, Yen Khe High School, Phu Tho Electromechanical College, Hoang Cuong Commune and Chi Tien Commune, Thanh Ba District to organize "Volunteer Saturday" and "Green Sunday" attracting more than 300 young union members to participate.

During the "Volunteer Saturday" and "Green Sunday", the Youth Union members of Brigade 168 and the Youth Unions of the sister units in the stationed area participated in many specific tasks such as: General cleaning, garbage collection, environmental treatment in places prone to pollution; organizing care for the campus, flower gardens, ornamental plants in the unit, martyrs' cemetery and village roads and alleys around the stationed area.

Officers, soldiers of the Brigade and Youth Union members of the communes swept, cut, weeded and cleaned the martyrs' cemetery.

The Brigade's Youth Union coordinated with its sister units to clean up village roads and alleys around the stationed area.

This is a meaningful activity, demonstrating the spirit of initiative, creativity and volunteerism of young people in protecting the environment, participating in many projects and youth works, contributing to building the beauty of military culture, landscape and environment "bright-green-clean-beautiful".

At the same time, propagate and educate cadres and youth union members in the grassroots Youth Union about the glorious tradition and great contributions of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union to the cause of fighting for independence, building and defending the Fatherland.
