The enchanting bougainvillea road on the median strip at the gateway to Vung Tau

As Lunar New Year approaches, along the road leading to the center of Vung Tau City, hundreds of bougainvillea trees are in full bloom, filled with spring colors.

On the median strip of Vo Nguyen Giap Street, from Cau Co May to Eo Ong Tu, bougainvillea flowers bloom with many brilliant colors.

Bougainvillea is planted low, around the foot of rows of areca trees with many colors.

On Vo Nguyen Giap Street, the most beautiful and impressive is the bougainvillea trellis planted on concrete pillars stretching from Eo Ong Tu to Cua Lap roundabout.

The bougainvillea trees were planted on pillars more than 10 years ago, their large stems were bent and fixed on an iron frame support at the top of the pillar.

Many tourists coming to Vung Tau at this time commented that this is the most beautiful road because of the impressive bougainvillea rows, and a few more kilometers to reach the poetic beach.

The blooming bougainvillea branches bring the spring atmosphere to every corner.

Often going to work through this route, Mr. Pham Quang Cuong (38 years old, living in Vung Tau City) shared that for him, the bougainvillea road not only creates an urban landscape but also helps them feel relaxed and reduce stress after a tiring day at work.

In addition to Vung Tau City, currently, localities in Ba Ria - Vung Tau province such as Ba Ria City, Dat Do district... have also applied planting bougainvillea on median strips on inner-city roads.

To attract tourists , in parallel with cleaning beaches and tourist attractions, planting flowers along the roads is also one of the urban beautification works of Ba Ria - Vung Tau.
