On September 4, the Provincial Youth Union Standing Committee announced the Decision of the Central Secretariat of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union on personnel work.

At the conference, Secretary of the Central Executive Committee of the Youth Union Ngo Van Cuong presented the Decision to end the practical training period at Phu Tho Provincial Youth Union to comrade Hoang Thai Nam - Deputy Secretary of Phu Tho Provincial Youth Union.

Comrade Ngo Van Cuong, Secretary of the Central Executive Committee of the Youth Union, Chairman of the Central Inspection Committee of the Youth Union, presented the decision on personnel work to comrade Hoang Thai Nam.

Implementing the policy of sending young cadres for practical training at the grassroots level, in order to create opportunities for cadres to stay close to the grassroots level, learn, practice, and improve their knowledge and skills, comrade Hoang Thai Nam - Member of the Central Executive Committee of the Youth Union, Deputy Head of the Central Youth Union's Children's Affairs Committee was sent for practical training at Phu Tho Provincial Youth Union and appointed to join the Executive Committee, Standing Committee, and hold the position of Deputy Secretary of Phu Tho Provincial Youth Union for a period of 12 months, starting from September 1, 2023. During his 1-year working period at Phu Tho Provincial Youth Union, comrade Hoang Thai Nam has excellently completed his tasks, promoted the pioneering, proactive, and creative qualities of a Youth Union cadre; constantly strived, studied, practiced, and took advantage of all the time spent at the grassroots level to stay close to the locality, and immerse himself in the practical activities of the Youth Union and the youth and children's movement of Phu Tho province. He is always creative and proactive in proposing to the Phu Tho Provincial Youth Union Executive Committee to implement many new and attractive initiatives and activities, attracting the participation of a large number of youth union members, contributing to promoting the work of the Youth Union and the youth and children's movement of Phu Tho province to develop more and more.
