On July 28, the Party Committee of the Ho Chi Minh City People's Committee held a conference to announce the decision to establish a staff agency, support and personnel work.

The conference was chaired by comrades: Tran Van Nam, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of the Ho Chi Minh City People's Committee, Secretary, Head of the Party Committee of the Ho Chi Minh City People's Committee; Huynh Tan Dinh, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, Head of the Inspection Committee of the Party Committee of the Ho Chi Minh City People's Committee; Ngo Thanh Tuan, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of the Ho Chi Minh City People's Committee, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of the Party Committee of the Ho Chi Minh City People's Committee.

The Party Committee of the People's Committee of Ho Chi Minh City announced and handed over decisions to establish four specialized agencies to advise and assist the Party Committee of the People's Committee of Ho Chi Minh City and appoint personnel for the agencies.

Comrade Huynh Tan Dinh presented the appointment decisions to officials and civil servants of the Party Inspection Committee of the Ho Chi Minh City People's Committee.

Specifically, the establishment of the Inspection Committee of the Party Committee of the People's Committee of Ho Chi Minh City has 11 comrades. Comrade Huynh Tan Dinh , Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of the People's Committee of Ho Chi Minh City, is the Chairman; Vice Chairmen include comrades: Nguyen Doan Loc (Permanent Deputy Chairman), Nguyen Thi Anh Dao, Dinh Thi Hien, Tran Van Dat.

Established the Organizing Committee of the Party Committee of the Ho Chi Minh City People's Committee , consisting of 19 comrades, with comrade Ha Thi Hong Hai as Head of the Committee; Deputy Heads include: Nguyen Thu Hong, Nguyen Thanh Hiep, Le Minh Khanh, Pham Duc Lam.

Comrade Tran Van Nam presented the appointment decisions to officials and civil servants of the Party Organization Board of the Ho Chi Minh City People's Committee.

Established the Office of the Party Committee of the People's Committee of Ho Chi Minh City , consisting of 17 comrades, with comrade Pham Van Linh as Chief of Office; Deputy Chiefs of Office include: Vo Hoai Van, Nguyen Mac Hoang Thuy Yen Xuan, Nguyen Thi Le.

Establish the Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Committee of the Party Committee of the Ho Chi Minh City People's Committee , consisting of 10 comrades with comrade Doan Truong Quang as Head of the Committee; Deputy Heads include: Nguyen Duc Duan, Nguyen Thi Thu Huong, Luong Tuan Anh, Le Ngoc Hanh, Nguyen Xuan Ngoc.

Comrade Ngo Thanh Tuan presented the appointment decisions to officials and civil servants of the Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department of the Party Committee of the Ho Chi Minh City People's Committee.

In his speech assigning tasks, comrade Tran Van Nam congratulated the individuals who were entrusted with the tasks and hoped that the agencies would continue to promote the spirit of solidarity, dynamism, creativity, proactively overcome difficulties and challenges, and join hands to build a strong, clean, and united Party Committee of the Ho Chi Minh City People's Committee.

Each agency reviews its work programs and tasks to focus on priority issues and can adjust them if necessary. At the same time, prepare to successfully organize the Party Congress of the Ho Chi Minh City People's Committee.

Comrade Nguyen Van Nam requested the advisory agencies to assist the Party Committee of the Ho Chi Minh City People's Committee in applying technology in professional activities. He suggested the establishment of a technology team to advise and propose solutions for applying technology, in order to improve operational efficiency.
