Speaking at the ceremony, Mr. Mai Luong Khoi - Deputy Minister of Justice said that the model of a one-level THADS agency was implemented from July 1. Accordingly, 63 THADS Departments of provinces and centrally-run cities and 693 THADS Sub-Departments at district level were reorganized and rearranged into 34 THADS Departments of provinces and cities and 355 regional THADS Offices.
