At the meeting, many voters were concerned about land management violations, especially the handling of interlaced land, illegal filling of ponds and lakes; the unfair recovery of encroached land among households; encroachment of traffic safety corridor land at some points across National Highway 38, causing traffic insecurity...

Some voters suggested that the province pay attention to the construction of rural roads connecting with localities after the merger to ensure convenience for people; upgrade the irrigation canal system to serve irrigation in some areas. Currently, some pump station sluice gates and irrigation systems are damaged and have not been repaired, not ensuring service for agricultural production...

Responding to voters' opinions at the meeting on land, Chairman of the People's Council of Cam Giang district Doan Dinh Tuyen said that he would assign the local Party Committee and authorities of Ngoc Lien and Cam Hung communes to review the land violations in these localities. Land management is carried out according to decentralization and delegation of authority. Accordingly, the People's Committee at the commune level must promptly detect violations to propagate and mobilize households to comply with regulations, avoiding major violations. For violations beyond their authority, it is necessary to coordinate with other sectors to handle them promptly.

Comrade Doan Dinh Tuyen said that recently, Cam Giang district has enforced and requested the restoration of the status quo in a number of land violations, including cases of illegal construction on land in traffic safety corridors, agriculture, etc. At the same time, he affirmed that land handling is carried out in accordance with the provisions of the law, ensuring fairness and strictness.

Regarding the issue of connecting traffic infrastructure after merging administrative units, the authorities will balance resources to pay attention to upgrading and repairing infrastructure to serve people's convenient travel. Assign the Party Committees of communes to direct the People's Committees to immediately review the system of canals, irrigation systems... serving agricultural production to promptly repair and serve production. Other opinions and recommendations will be received and reported to competent authorities for consideration and resolution.
