When March comes, the bougainvillea garlands along Han Thuyen Street (Linh Trung Ward, Thu Duc City) leading to the University of Social Sciences and Humanities and the University of Information Technology (Ho Chi Minh City National University) bloom brightly and beautifully.

This year, the flowers bloomed more, creating a brilliant pink scene across the area.

With the ability to easily reproduce and flourish, bougainvillea grows and thrives even in arid places with little care, such as on the streets and in public places.

In the hot weather that lasts for a long time after Tet like the past time in Ho Chi Minh City, bougainvillea flowers seem to be even more brilliant in their colors.

The female students enjoyed taking pictures of themselves at their favorite angles with the flowers.

Even though she has graduated and is working, Tran Thi Van (former student of the History Department, University of Social Sciences and Humanities, Ho Chi Minh City) still comes to this space to take photos with the beautiful blooming flower garlands.

For Nguyen Ngoc Thuy Linh (3rd year student, University of Social Sciences and Humanities, Ho Chi Minh City), the road full of blooming flowers creates an exciting atmosphere on the way to school.

“Every day on my way to school, I pass by this road. In other years, we don’t see it, but this year the bougainvillea flowers are blooming along the long road, making it look very beautiful and poetic,” the female student shared.
