Da Nang approves investment in apartment project worth nearly 800 billion VND

Accordingly, the Ho Xuan Huong apartment project is built at 95-97-99 Ho Xuan Huong Street (My An Ward, Ngu Hanh Son District, Da Nang City) with a total investment of more than 792 billion VND, including 275 commercial apartments. The project includes 25 floors above ground, 1 attic floor and 2 basements, the tower height is 95m.

The goal of the Ho Xuan Huong apartment project (The Poet Residence) is to invest in building commercial apartments for sale and offices for rent with new, modern, synchronous equipment to serve the needs of people and businesses in the area.

In early June, the People's Committee of Da Nang City also approved the investment policy and approved the investor of the Ocean Tower apartment project (Aqua Tower) of Aqua Tower Company Limited. The Aqua Tower project is deployed at Lot 03, Area A2-1, Complex of commercial center, office for rent, high-rise apartment and luxury villas Son Tra - Dien Ngoc, belonging to the Resettlement Area project at the beginning of Son Tra - Dien Ngoc route (Tho Quang Ward, Son Tra District, Da Nang City).

The investment objective is to build the project for sale and rent, meeting the housing needs of city residents and businesses in the area. This project will provide the market with 202 commercial apartments, with an area of ​​44.3m ² to 173.3m ² , the apartments are invested and built in the style of closed apartments (with bedrooms, living rooms, kitchens, separate bathrooms). The Aqua Tower project has a 50-year operating period, with the expected progress of completion and operation in the first quarter of 2026.
