Provincial National Assembly delegates meet with voters of Nho Quan district

On the morning of December 5, Comrade Tran Thi Hong Thanh, Provincial Party Committee member, Deputy Head of the Provincial National Assembly Delegation, had a meeting with voters of Nho Quan district. Also attending were leaders of some provincial departments, branches and sectors, and leaders of Nho Quan district.

After listening to the provincial National Assembly delegates quickly report the results of the 6th session of the 15th National Assembly, Nho Quan district voters expressed their joy and excitement at the success of the session, which issued many very important decisions for the country's development and improved people's lives. Voters also believe in the correct leadership of the Party and the National Assembly, the drastic management of the Government; and believe that the laws and resolutions issued will soon come into life.

In addition, voters also reflected on a number of difficulties and inadequacies in the implementation of policies and laws related to the land sector and requested the National Assembly to consider and amend them.

Accordingly, voters proposed to consider adjustments to ensure consistency between the Land Law and the Forestry Law, creating favorable conditions for competent authorities to perform their tasks as well as ensuring the legitimate rights and interests of land users; consider adding conditions to extend the land use period of the project according to the land law; there should be specific regulations on conditions for land allocation, land lease, and use limits for religious organizations in accordance with the existing land fund of the locality, in accordance with the guiding spirit in Resolution No. 18-NQ/TW, dated June 16, 2022 of the 13th Party Central Committee on continuing to innovate and perfect institutions and policies, improve the effectiveness and efficiency of land management and use, creating momentum to turn our country into a developed country with high income...

Regarding the field of Culture, voters hope that the Government will soon adjust and amend current regulations related to the awarding of titles of cultural families and cultural residential areas to be consistent with the Law on Emulation and Commendation.

Regarding agriculture and rural development, voters suggested paying attention to increasing the level of support for crops in areas damaged by natural disasters and epidemics; promptly finding solutions to put African swine fever vaccines into mass production, and at the same time having policies to support vaccines for livestock farmers, contributing to disease prevention and control, avoiding causing heavy economic losses.

At the meeting, leaders of relevant departments answered and clarified some of the contents raised by voters.

On behalf of the Provincial National Assembly Delegation, Deputy Head of the Provincial National Assembly Delegation Tran Thi Hong Thanh thanked voters for their trust, dedicated and responsible opinions.

Receiving and clarifying a number of recommendations and proposals from voters, he also clarified a number of issues related to the completion, amendment and supplementation of the Land Law, and at the same time said that the opinions and recommendations of voters are one of the important information channels for National Assembly deputies to continue to study and contribute ideas to build and complete the Law at the upcoming sessions.

He also discussed and clarified a number of voters' recommendations related to the fields of culture, agriculture and rural development. For issues under the jurisdiction of the Central Government, the Provincial National Assembly Delegation synthesized and reported recommendations to competent agencies for resolution.

Regarding issues under the province's jurisdiction, he requested that the relevant agencies focus on advising the province to resolve them in accordance with regulations, ensuring the rights of the people and voters. He hoped that in the coming time, he would continue to receive the attention and contributions of voters and people so that the activities of the Provincial National Assembly Delegation would be increasingly better and more effective.
