During the 2020-2025 term, the Party Committee of Gia Lai Provincial Lottery Company Ltd. led the unit to overcome many difficulties, achieving and exceeding most of the targets set out in the resolution, affirming its role as the political nucleus and center of solidarity in a 100% state-owned enterprise. The total revenue during the term of the Company reached more than VND 2,449 billion, profit of VND 211.78 billion, budget contribution of over VND 772 billion, average income of employees over VND 16 million/month. The Company's Party Committee currently has 45 party members operating in 4 affiliated Party Cells.
During the term, the Party Committee admitted 16 new members, the quality of Party cell activities has been increasingly improved, with 98.5% of Party members completing their tasks well or better every year. The Company regularly implements social security programs with a total budget of more than 2.6 billion VND.
Entering the 2025-2030 term, the Company's Party Committee set out many key targets such as: average annual revenue growth rate of 12%, average income of employees reaching over 18.5 million VND/month, admission of new party members reaching 5% compared to the beginning of the term, 100% of cadres and party members doing well in studying and following Uncle Ho.
The Congress elected the new term Party Executive Committee of the Company consisting of 7 comrades and elected 2 delegates to attend the higher-level congress.
